Vehicles with CAN bus or bulb failure warning lighting systems may see the REVERSEE as an extra power drain and may react to this by switching off the voltage on the circuit they have been connected to.
When the engine is off, but the ignition is on, the CAN bus does not always react the same way and the REVERSEE may work correctly.
